Q:   How do I go about getting a Catalog and a Price List?

There is a Digital Version of our catalog on the web site that can be downloaded and save on your computer. Download Catalog

Q:   What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not have any minimum order quantity. You can order one piece for sample just to see the quality of our products. When you order one piece the price will be at our “Sample Price Rate” which is higher than our “Dozen Price Rate”. Below is our four different price structure:

Sample Price Rate – when you purchase 1-2 pieces per Style per Color.
Broken Dozen Price Rate – when you purchase 3-11 pieces per Style per Color.
Dozen Price Rate – you qualify for Dozen Rate when you purchase 12-59 pieces per Style per Color.
Case Price Rate – you qualify for Case Rate when you purchase 60 pieces and up per Style per Color.
Our Case Quantity is 24-120 pieces depending on the style and fabrication.

We are a wholesale company and we do not sell on the retail level. If you’re in the State of California we require that you provide us with a California Reseller’s Permit Number. (Not required if you are not a California Company).


Q:   How can I set up a wholesale account with PIMA?

If you like to set-up an account you can call our customer service representative anytime and ask for an “Account Set-up Form” to be faxed or e-mailed to you. You can also go to our website http://www.pimaapparel.com to set up an account by yourself. If you intend to use Credit Cards for your purchases please specify so a “Credit Card Authorization Form” will be sent to you as well. You can also download the form from our website. For security purpose, we prefer that Authorization From be Faxed back to us at 909-930-1666.


Q:   How do I go about ordering your products?

If you like to place an order. Please call our customer service at 1-(888)-988-PIMA (7462). You can also Download our Order Form on our web site fill it out and fax it to us at 1-(909)-930-0666.


Q:   What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
We can also ship C.O.D with Cashier’s Check or Money Order as the only form of payment.
We will also accept Cash on Will Call Orders only.
We will also accept Net-30 Terms. But we work exclusively with our Factor- Finance One. We will have to submit your order to our Factor for Credit Approval. Once approved by the Factor, we will ship out your order. (This process will take up to 3 days of processing time).


Q:   What are the shipping options?

We ship via UPS FOB from our Ontario Facility.
We can also ship by FedEx upon request.
If you prefer we can also ship with your designated carrier using your account number and the bill goes to you.


Q:   What is your return policy?

We accept returns or claims within 5 working days after receipt of shipment. All returns must be called in to
Our customer service department and a RMA will be issued. All returns must be accompanied with a copy
of our RMA or it will be refused and returned to the customer at customer’s expense. All returns will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee in addition to freight and C.O.D charges (if any). Sample Orders can not be returned or exchanged. We will not accept goods for return or exchange once it is Altered or Modified in any way. Which includes but not limited to: Dyeing, Washing, Screen Printing, Embroidery, Re-labeling.


Q:   Do you make Custom Orders, Custom Colors, Private Label?

We can make Custom Size, Color and Styles. We can also make Private Label. Here below is the guide line:

Same fabric as our basic stock but custom spec: 600pcs/per color/per style (Pima Colors).
Same fabric as our basic stock but custom color: 1200pcs/per color/per style.
Same fabric as our basic stock but custom color and spec: 1200pcs/per color/per style.
Custom Fabric: 2400pcs/per fabric (No more than two colors and styles).

Q:   Where are your product made and is it made of Pima Cotton?

All of our products are made in China at our own factory.
All of our products are made from the Finest Comb Ring Spun Yarn and then laundered in the fabric stages before cutting and sewing.
Starting 2024, we offer PIMATEE #8888 Unisex PIMA Cotton Short Sleeve Crew Neck Tee and we believe this product will be a well-loved favorite for our customers.


Q:   Do I have to buy pre-packs or can I buy by size?

We do not sell our products in pre-packs or in a certain size ratio. We will sell you exact what you need as far as Style, Color and Size based on availability.


Q:   Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all 50 States in the U.S.A. We do not ship internationally at this moment.


Q:   Can my order be picked up or placed on will call?

We can take orders on Will Call basis. But we need a 3 hour window to process your order. Please call in your order, arrange for payment and specify at time of order that your order will be place on Will Call. Please also tell us if you or a designated agent/trucking company will be picking up your order. Your order will be ready for pick up 3 hours after all transaction has been processed and approved.


Q: Are your garments PFD (Prepared for Dyeing)?

Our garments are not PFD, however they can be garment dyed. Some garments are manufactured using poly/cotton thread and will produce a contrast stitching effect. We do not carry PFDs, but we manufacture majority of our White with cotton thread. Before purchasing and dyeing an entire order, we recommend that you run a test sample of whatever process you are undertaking to make sure it works correctly and comes out the way you want. We can not be responsible for dyes and washes done on your own.


Q: What about order Changes or Cancellations?

All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be only accepted if the order has not been processed. No phone cancellation would be accepted. Custom orders may not be cancelled after approval of proof.


Q: Is there an estimate on the Lead Time?

Orders placed before 2PM PST will be shipped on the same day. After 2PM, your order will be shipped on the following business day. For special/custom ordering, please allow at least 60-75 day lead time.
